Terms of service

1Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Abdel Media Marketing SARL ("we", "us") for the use of Colormockups at https://colormockups.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you are using the Service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

2The Service

The Service lets you place your own artwork on garment mockup images and render the result in every color you choose, inside your web browser. It needs a current desktop browser; Chrome and Edge are recommended for large batches. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we discontinue the paid Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid, unused portion of your plan.

3Accounts

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done under your account.
• One account is for one person. Team plans may be offered separately.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

4Plans, payment and renewals

• There is no permanent free plan. Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial, and a valid payment method is required before the trial begins.
• Monthly Unlimited is $9.99 per month. Annual Unlimited is $89.99 per year. Both are billed in advance and renew automatically.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged automatically at the end of the 3 days for the plan you selected. The exact date and amount are shown before you pay, on your account page, and in an email 24 hours beforehand.
• The free trial is once per person. We record that a trial has been used against your email address and payment provider customer record so that a second account does not produce a second free period.
• Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who acts as the merchant of record. That means your purchase contract for the payment itself is with Lemon Squeezy, and their terms and privacy policy also apply to the transaction. Lemon Squeezy collects applicable tax and issues your invoice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to their renewal.
• If a payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while you fix it. After that the generator is locked until a payment succeeds. You can always sign in and see your billing details.

5Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling after a payment means you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the generator is locked. Nothing you have downloaded is affected.
• If the Service is not right for you, email support@colormockups.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Renewal payments are not refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
• Where the law where you live gives you stronger refund rights, those rights apply.

6Your content

You keep every right to the designs, logos and other files you use with the Service. Because rendering happens in your browser, we do not receive, store or have any rights over those files. Artwork fetched through the Printify import passes through our server only to be delivered to your browser and is not kept.

You are responsible for having the rights to use any artwork you bring to the Service, and for making sure the products you sell with it comply with the rules of the marketplaces you sell on.

7Mockup images and your output

The blank garment mockup images provided by the Service are owned or licensed by us. While your account is in good standing we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use them within the Service to create mockups of products you sell.

• You may use the mockups you generate in product listings, shop pages, advertisements, social media and other marketing for your own products, on any platform, without attribution and for as long as you like, including after you cancel.
• You may not download, extract, copy, share, sell or redistribute the blank mockup images themselves, use them in another product or service, or use automated tools to collect them.
• You may not sell or give away generated mockups as mockups, templates or stock assets.

8Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls or payment.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or the infrastructure behind it.
• Do not use the Service to create material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you have no right to sell.
• Do not share your account or resell access to the Service. A subscription is for one individual.
• Do not create additional accounts to obtain further free trials.
• Do not exceed or work around the batch size ceiling and rate limits described in the Fair Use Policy.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9Third-party services

The Service works with services we do not control, including Printify (if you connect it), Clerk for sign-in and Lemon Squeezy for payments. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. or Printify, Inc. Their names are used only to describe what the Service works with, and their trademarks belong to them.

10Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, outages at our providers, and browser limitations can all affect it. Very large batches depend on the memory and disk space of your own computer.

11Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any sales result from using the mockups.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Termination

You can close your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case section 2 applies. Sections 6, 7, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given by the mandatory law of the country where you live. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Morocco, unless that mandatory law says otherwise.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using the Service before the change applies.
