Cancel your subscription
Cancel yourself in one click from the billing portal. Open your account page and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged.

Request deletion from your account page. This destroys your stored Printify connection immediately. Cancel your subscription first if it is still running.

Email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Read the policy for how renewals are handled.

Tell us which mockup style and which browser you were using, and what you expected to happen. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
